Little Round Top - this is where my sister, Ali, was her courageous self... She noticed a man listening in on our gospel discussion. When he left to get on his bus, she followed him all the way to his bus, got on the bus and found him in his seat then gave him a pass-a-long card and explained what our church is about. last month I had another mini dance competition at BYU.  I competed the Paso Doble and the Waltz.  Made quarter-finals in the waltz then changed into this little Dance Club costume from 2003 for the Paso and placed 4th!

back in the day, my parents were at Lake Powell with their best friends D & B.  They filmed my Mom running down the sand hill and turns out... she fell.  B decided to send it into America's Funniest Home Videos and it was shown in an episode.  Now, years later, Mom's nephew called her to tell her she's all over youtube.  She's second to last in this clip .  Now THAT'S soo funny to me...  MY mom... redneck?

This appeared in the Deseret News last March after the Professional Bull Riding event at the E Center.  Dad got us front row tickets (naturally) and we ended up being in the paper!  Whenever you need a reaction, you can be sure I'll give you one.  I love bull riding.  Grandpa was a bull rider and an all-around cowboy.

who peed in your cheerios?

sometimes I want to laugh in random strangers' faces and ask them "What's your deal?!" when I say hi to them and they just stare back at me... did I do something wrong?  I always think it's pretty nice of me to go out of my way to say hello to someone I don't know.. I usually am too shy to do that.  Evidently "they" don't understand or care about me and how much they make me feel like an idiot.  Give that crusty to someone who deserves it, please... Not some random stranger who's just trying to be nice.  And for Heaven sakes people, we're at BYU!!!

Last summer I was flying back from New York City Dance Alliance Nationals on a redeye and was watching Ellen Degeneres: Here and Now with my mom when Ali finally smacked us and told us to stop laughing and waking everyone up.  Now, this wasn't the first time I'd seen this comedy dvd.  I crack up every time.  It's a good one... and a must see.

At BYU I am taking Latin Ballroom 185 and Social Dance 280.  I have loved every second of it.. especially my Latin Ballroom class.  My new found dream is to someday be on the BYU Ballroom team.. we'll see how that goes; they are INCREDIBLE.  On Wednesday night I had my first ballroom competition at the Wilk.  It wasn't a big deal at all, we just competed against all the other 185 classes.  My partner and I made it through 5 rounds to the Semi-finals!  We were in the top 12 couples.. pretty cool.

I was in the 3rd grade at Cascade Elementary. I chopped my hair for the first time. I was baptized. I was a flower girl in my Aunt Angie's wedding at the Hodson estate in Santa Barbara, California. My dog Ceza gave birth to 6 puppies, one soon became our own, Libby. I was in Jazz 1 at The Dance Club and performed "Football Funk." My teacher was Jessie Crawford. I was a child in "The King and I" at Hale Center Theatre and died my hair black for it.

Patriots and Pioneers: Day 1

For two weeks in July, I had the INCREDIBLE opportunity to go on an American and church history tour with a group called Anderson Tours with wonderful tour directors: Kristy Dimmick, Erica Brown, Sheldon Nixon, and Robbie Taggart. I dragged my cousin, Michael, and sister, Ali, along with me. There were 56 of us on a gratefully large, clean, and new bus. We first flew to Baltimore. Here's day one..

p.s. if you're going to go on a tour (which I suggest you do) choose this one! there isn't one better. My dad says so. And he knows all.
